Martin County High School Inez, KY
TES Controls is currently working on integrating 50 water source heat pumps, a central plant, and a control air ventilation system on a new 40 million dollar high school in Martin County. The project broke ground in March of 2017 and will be complete with a new gymnasium, food storage, classrooms, and technology center. It is expected to hold more than 650 students when it opens in the spring of 2019.
Morgan County High School West Liberty, KY
The new 101,000 SF Hart County High School will incorporate a geothermal system and TES Controls is currently working on integrating 78 geothermal heat pumps, a central plant, and rooftop units on the school and the gymnasium. The new 21st-century high school is designed to meet current and future needs through integrated technology, flexible learning studios, collaboration areas, a 475-seat auditorium and a 650-seat gymnasium. The building is also designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
Hart County High School Munfordville, KY
TES Controls integrated a variety of HVAC equipment types to the DELTA building automation system. The building automation system includes a Daikin VRV system with 96 indoor units, 7 rooftop units and 47 CO2 monitoring network sensors to control air quality. The 33 million dollar project involved demolition of parts of the old school while incorporating other spaces into the new construction. Integrating the old spaces to the new construction was not a problem with the DELTA system that TES Controls installed.
Nicholas County Elementary School Carlisle, KY
The 75,000-square-foot, two-story school includes administrative offices, classrooms, a media center, a kitchen and cafeteria, a gymnasium with a stage, and an outdoor amphitheater. TES Controls was honored to provide a full DELTA Controls building automation system to control the $19.4-million-dollar school.

Office Buildings

City Center Lexington, KY
TES Controls is honored to provide the building automation system at the city center tower in Lexington, KY. The tower consists of 12 stories of offices with 3 stories of residential condominiums. The project was originally launched in the summer of 2008 to serve as a centerpiece for business during the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games. Those plans were ultimately terminated. Today, the 12 story building houses a wide range of HVAC systems from Daikin VRV, Daikin Self-Contained units, VAV boxes, DOAS units, a cooling tower, and central plant.

Hospitals

Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital West Liberty, KY
TES Controls integrated a new chiller, rooftop units, and room pressurization monitoring for a completely renovated Pharmacy at the Appalachian Regional Hospital Cancer Center in Hazard, KY. This new 10,000 SF facility state-of-the-art cancer treatment to the rural Appalachian mountains of eastern Kentucky.
